No problem! Please call or text 720-778-0211 to inform us, and we can help you reschedule. We request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if possible.

what is the refund policy on group packages?

You have 24 hours after the first session to request a full refund. After that all sales are final.

What is the general refund policy?

Outside of group packages all sales are final after services have been rendered.

What type of leashes, collars and harness are allowed?

Flat buckle collars or harnesses, along with nylon or leather leashes, should be used for walks and training sessions. Correction collars, including choke chains, prong collars, and e-collars, are not allowed. Flexi-leashes, or retractable leashes, are also not permitted.

If my dog isn’t learning can I get a refund?

Your dog is likely learning, but there may have been some miscommunication about expectations. Different dogs learn at different paces, and various training methods can also yield varying results. Before you consider discontinuing training, we encourage you to have a conversation with us. Often, a good discussion can help reset expectations and provide valuable insights into your dog's actual progress. That said, we want you to feel satisfied with your experience! Therefore, we do offer refunds in certain cases.

Is there an age limit for training?

Nope, training is a lifelong journey. All ages are welcomed and highly encouraged.
